Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

Trakly processes data from Facebook solely for the purpose of campaign reporting and automation. We do not store your personal Facebook profile data beyond the authentication tokens required to maintain the API connection.

If you wish to remove Trakly's access to your Facebook account and delete any associated data, you can do so directly from your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account "Settings & Privacy".
  2. Click "Settings".
  3. Look for "Apps and Websites" and see all of your connected apps.
  4. Select "Trakly" in the list.
  5. Click "Remove".
  6. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.

TikTok Data Deletion

To revoke access for TikTok for Business:

  1. Log in to your TikTok for Business account.
  2. Navigate to User Settings -> Access Management.
  3. Find "Trakly" strictly listed under Third Party Apps.
  4. Click "Remove Access".

Requesting Complete Account Deletion

If you are a Trakly customer and wish to delete your entire Trakly workspace account, please email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
